Betty's Pies

I recently had an opportunity to visit Betty's Pies in Northern Minnesota.

Goooooood Grief, every pie I ever heard of and some I hadn't even thought of. For example Heath Bar Banana Cream. This restaurant has been written up in the Minneapolis Newspaper.

Betty started many years ago serving lunch and pie to loggers in that area. Then they had a railroad car as a diner and now they have built a real live restaurant. However, their atmosphere is still family and friendly. Their food is still incredibly good and tastes like something my Grandmother would make. By the way, my Grandmother was an awesome cook.
